【摘要】:ThispartofISO13448providesguidelinesspecifyingtheorganizationalprinciplesofacceptancesamplinginsituationswherethecontractorthelegislationprovidesforsuccessiveinspectiontobecarriedoutbydifferentparties:thesupplier,thecustomerand/orathirdparty.Theseguidelinesaredesignedforinspectionofpopulationsofanyproductsuppliedordeliveredindiscreteitemsinlots.Theyareapplicableto?supplierinspection(finalinspection,productcertificationuponsupplier’srequest),?customerinspection(incominginspection,auditinspection,acceptancesampling),?third-partyinspection(certificationofproduct,inspectionandsupervisionforobservanceofInternationalStandardrequirements,qualityinspectioncarriedoutatthesupplier,and/orcustomer,request),wherethequalitylevelsandthelotacceptabilitycriteriaarespecifiedunilaterallybythesupplierorcontractuallybythesupplierandthecustomer.Theseguidelinesarealsoapplicabletosituationswhenonlyonesamplinginspectionisactuallyneeded.TheguidelinesprovidedbythispartofISO13448maybeappliedindevelopingstandardsonacceptancesamplingforstandardinspectionmodels,specificitemsorqualitylevels,aswellasindevelopingcontracts,specificationsandinstructions.IncontractualuseoftheAPP,thepartiesconcernedshouldacknowledgeinthecontractthattheyapproveofitsprinciples(alsobyreferringtothepresentguidelines).ThepartiesmayalsoprovidefortheuseoftheAPPindisputesandarbitration.
