【摘要】:1ThispartofISO14527establishesadatablocksystemforthedesignationofurea-formaldehydeandurea/melamine-formaldehydepowdermouldingcompounds(UF-andUF/MF-PMCs).2ThevarioustypesofUF-andUF/MF-PMCaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedoninformationaboutthefiller/reinforcementtypeandcontent,theintendedmethodofprocessing,anyspecialpropertiesandthoseofthespecialpropertiesusedspecificallyfordesignationpurposes(designatoryproperties).3ThispartofISO14527isapplicabletoallUF-andUF/MF-PMCsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorgroundmaterial.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationnecessarilygivethesameperformance.ThispartofISO14527doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinISO14527-2,ifsuitable.5Whenevergeneralrequirementdata,ascoveredbyISO14527-3,needtobeindicated,thisisalsodoneusingthisdatablocksystem.6Toensurethatcode-lettersandcode-numbersremainunambiguous,andtoavoidconflictswithinthesystem,anynewcode-lettersorcode-numbersforuseindatablock1,2or3shallbeapprovedbeforeusebythesecretariatsofISO/TC61/SC1,SC12andSC13.
