【摘要】:1ThispartofISO9988establishesasystemofdesignationforpolyoxymethylene(POM)thermoplasticmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.Polyoxymethylenematerialsarethermoplasticmaterialscomposedprincipallyoflong-chainsynthetichomopolymersandcopolymersofformaldehyde.Therepeatingunitinthemolecularchainis-CH2O-asanintegralpartofthemainpolymerchainresultingfrompolymerizationofformaldehyde.2Thetypesofpolyoxymethyleneplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthefollowingdesignatoryproperties:a)meltmass-flowrateormeltvolume-flowrate,b)tensilemodulus,andoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplication,methodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO9988isapplicabletoallpolyoxymethylenehomopolymersandtocopolymersofpolyoxymethyleneandblendsofpolymerscontainingpolyoxymethylene.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedandmodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationnecessarilygivethesameperformance.ThispartofISO9988doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifymaterialsforparticularend-useapplications.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
