【摘要】:ThisPartofEN746specifiessafetyrequirementsforatmospheregassystemsandtheiruseinindustrialthermoprocessingequipmentandassociatedplant,includingsystemsfortheproductionofatmospheregasesbyreactioninsidethethermoprocessingequipment.Itappliestothesupplyofatmospheregases,gaseousandliquidadditionsto,andtheirremovalfromindustrialthermoprocessingequipmentandassociatedplant,confinedtoequipmentintegratedinthethermoprocessingandassociatedplant.ThisPartofEN746alsodetailstheanticipatedsignificanthazardsassociatedwithatmospheregassystemsandtheiruseinindustrialthermoprocessingequipmentandspecifiestheappropriatepreventativemeasuresforthereductionoreliminationofthesehazards.ThisPartofEN746doesnotapplytoatmosphereprocessgases,essentialsafetyequipment,start-up,operationandshut-downofthermoprocessingplantforsemi-conductordevicesforwhichspecialadditionalengineeringrequirementsarenecessary.ThisPartofEN746specifiestherequirementstobemettoensurethesafetyofpersonsandpropertyduringcommissioning,startup,operation,shutdownandmaintenance,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefaultsormalfunctionswhichcanoccurintheequipmentItspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsatstagesinthelifeoftheequipment,anditsdesign,ordering,constructionanduse.ThisPartofEN746appliestoequipmentwhichisplacedonthemarketafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.ThehazardscoveredbythisPartofEN746arelistedinclause4.AtableoftypicalatmospheregasesisgiveninannexA.
